1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pawsitive Adventures website at https://pawsitiveadventures.com.au (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services

Pawsitive Adventures provides Animal Assisted Activities (AAA) and therapy dog programs including, but not limited to, school visits, hospital visits, aged care visits, corporate wellbeing sessions, and private events (“Services”). All Services are subject to separate written agreements, quotes, or booking confirmations.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its server.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or re-sell any part of the Site without written permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact form.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Pawsitive Adventures. Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking.Pawsitive Adventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, animal welfare concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

5. Animal Welfare

The health, safety, and welfare of our therapy animals is paramount. Pawsitive Adventures reserves the right to immediately terminate a session if the animal shows signs of stress or discomfort. All participants must follow handling guidelines provided by Pawsitive Adventures staff. Clients are responsible for ensuring their environment is safe and suitable prior to a visit.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawsitive Adventures excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of the Site or our Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Participants with known allergies to animals attend at their own risk. It is the client's responsibility to inform Pawsitive Adventures of any relevant health conditions, allergies, or accessibility requirements prior to a session.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Pawsitive Adventuresor its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Photography & Media

Pawsitive Adventures may photograph or record sessions for promotional, educational, or social media purposes. Clients will be notified in advance, and written consent will be obtained where required. Clients may request that no photography or recording takes place during their session.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only.Pawsitive Adventures does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for any third-party content.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
